The delivery lead time is varied from country to country. Customers also have responsibility to help in tracking their parcels through their local Post Office because it is much faster. Otherwise, we could also help customers to request Hong Kong Post Office to request the Post Office of Destination to provide the latest status of the parcel but it takes time and depends on how fast the Post Office of the Destination responds
Hong Kong Registered Air Parcel & EMS Express
We provide tracking numbers to all of our customers to track the status of their parcels. Please login our website and get the tracking number from My Account > Order History > Order #. For eBay customers, you should have your tracking number stated in the delivery email we send. The tracking numbers formats are RxxxxxxxxxxHK, CPxxxxxxxxxHK or EExxxxxxxxxHK.
This delivery method is the cheapest but with no guarantee on delivery lead time. It is sometime very fast for certain countries such as US / UK / Australia / Canada / etc which takes 5-10 working days.
However, it could also take up to 4-8 weeks but it is rare. Usually, this happens only when there is a delay caused by the Custom Clearance and Post Office in the customer's country. Please understand that is not under our control.
Please do not choose this delivery method when "delivery lead time" is very important to you and you are expected to receive your parcel in days with guarantee.
Please be patient if you select this delivery method especially if there is a public holiday in between such as Easter and Xmas's because the Post Office and Custom of your country needs to process large amount of items (gifts sent from overseas) .
EMS Express
This delivery method (similar to DHL / UPS) is more expensive than Registered Air Parcel but "delivery lead time" is guaranteed by Post Office to deliver in usually 3-7 days excepted delay by Custom Clearance in your country.
Please choose EMS when "delivery lead time" is important to you.
I Want A Guarantee On Delivery Within *N* Days.
Please note that delay is 99% due to the Custom of Your Country (it is not out fault and not under our control) and no one can kick the Custom Officers to work faster. We would say SORRY if you are after a guarantee delivery within *N* days because we are unable to offer you such service so please do not place your order.
I Still Have Not Received My Parcel, Is It Lost?
Losing a parcel is not likely to happen, the possibility maybe 1/1000, because each parcel we process will be Registered which means it is tracked and required the addressee to sign for it with his ID Card. Time delay is 99% due to the trouble and slow processing caused by the Custom Clearance and Post Office in the country of destination.
I Still Have Not Received My Parcel. So I Would Like To Claim For A Refund.
If you choose to ship your order by normal Air Parcel which its time is not guaranteed by the courier and you would like to claim for a refund because you haven't received after 2 weeks or so. Sorry, it is unacceptable after the parcel has been posted to you because we have no way to stop the parcel and ask for a return.
You must not choose to ship your order by normal Air Parcel when you are after a guaranteed delivery lead time .
I haven't received my parcel after 2 weeks. Please Help.
Delay is 99% caused by the Custom of your country depending on whether your parcel is selected for further inspection by Custom. But, it is advised that you should contact us if you haven't received your parcel after 2 weeks. So, we will help you to lodge a Tracking Request through the Hong Kong Post Office.
Investigation takes up to 2 months starting from the date of submitting the Tracking Request, and The Hong Kong Post Office will be responsible for a penalty of HKD320 plus Postage at maximum for each lost parcel. The processing time depends on the Post Office of your country - how long they reply Hong Kong Post Office .
