Many customers reported to us that they have been scammed by other sellers especially from those online stores who sell products ranging from baby wears to adult sex toys.
With this service, you are offered an option to choose "Video Proof" when you purchase a RC Helicopter / Car / Plane. Our staffs will make a video for you to prove that your RC Helicopter is in good working condition before packaging. There will be a sealed label or once off laser sticker (cannot be tore off) to be labeled on the product and/or packaging box to prove the product you receive is the same as the one in the video.
What problems if you buy from those stores who have no knowledge in RC Hobby?
Those online supermarkets (they sell everything ranging from baby wears to adult sex toys) are usually from China and the people have almost no knowledge in RC Hobby.
They will not test the RC Helicopter / Car / Plane for you before packaging because they don't even know how to operate.
They receive your order through the internet, pack and post without any care.
Finally, you will have an extremely high possibility to receiving a factory defective product and being screwed up by them.
If you have a technical problem, you are also out of luck because they know nothing about RC Hobby so they cannot help you.
They usually offer free shipping worldwide but that's the trick to make you feel better only since there is no free lunch (be smart!) because the shipping cost already embedded into the selling price. You will pay even more eventually.
Therefore, it is a must for you to buy from the RC Hobby Specialist like us. You can buy from any RC Hobby Specialists, they might also do well. But please becareful when you really need to buy from those supermarkets who sell anything.

When Do I Really Need "Video Proof"?
No matter whether you have selected "Video Proof" as an extra service or not, all helicopters / planes / cars are tested prior packaging. This is what we promise to our customers that their products are in good condition before packaging. However, If you
are not 100% believing us and worried that you will sent a lemon (defective product).
buy the helicopter for your friend / family for present (gift) and would like to make sure they will receive a good one.

Can you guarantee I will be able to fly the helicopter/plane/car you send me?
We can guarantee you that your helicopter will be tested (in good working condition) before packaging. However, we cannot guarantee you will be able to fly the helicopter/plane/car you receive from us because whether you can master (control) it (helicopter) depends on your skill and experience.
Our profit margin for sales of RTF/RTR/BNF is very low (basically between 5-10% profit only), we pay at least USD90 to our supplier (factory) for a sales of USD100. We will not be that stupid to pay our supplier for a defective product and send it to our customers while we can simply exchange it locally for a good one.
So you do not have to worry about receiving a defective product from us because we are more worried that you.
