2020-10-06: EMS Service to Switzerland and Canada by Hong Kong Post are resumed.
EMS Express service to Canada is now recovered and available. Both E-Express (registered mail) and EMS Express to Switzerland are recovered and available too.

2020-08-08: Shipping service to Canada resumed.
Shipping service to Canada has resumed (will be routed via Germany Post). However, express service to Canada is still temporarily unavailable. Shipping services to most countries are resumed excepted some special cases (if your area or transit hub being locked down due to virus spreading). The following countries are temporarily unavailable for international mailing:
- New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Martinique, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Costa Rica
